Shipping policy

Due to the nature of the items in the boutique, there may be longer than normal processing times. Items with longer processing times have processing time information within the description.
Longer than normal processing:

• Hand poured candles, printed tees, home decor wood signs, hand made items

For all other items, please allow 7-10 days for processing.
Preferred method of shipping is USPS, but for larger, or fragile items UPS may be used. You will receive notification via email when your order is received, in process, and shipped. For UPS shipments you will receive a tracking number, all USPS shipments will not.

Once we hand your package off to the post office it is out of our control as to how fast it gets to you.

Customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at olivesoulboutique@gmail.com. 
We are NOT responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.
